🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
5+ years ERP/enterprise software exp (Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo) in manufacturing.
3+ years of people management leading technical support or related teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and across departments.
