Manager, ERP Application Support (Distribution)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to drive performance.
• Oversee day-to-day support: case assignment, workload, escalations, and planning.
• Ensure coverage to meet demand and SLAs; run regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top performers; foster a customer-focused culture.
• Provide advanced technical support; act as escalation point; coordinate with teams.
• Analyze processes and drive improvements; monitor metrics and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years ERP/enterprise software experience (Acumatica, Odoo, SAP, NetSuite) in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
• 3+ years people management experience leading technical support or related teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Acumatica ERP experience; ERP processes, SDLC; distributed/global support; customer-centric.
