Manager, Execution Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead engineering for utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Oversee technical design reviews, QA/QC and risk management.
• Coordinate EPC consultants; align internal stakeholders.
• Lead PV/BESS performance testing during commissioning.
• Support financing, development, and operations with technical input.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; brief senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering in energy systems, project/land development, or construction.
• 5+ years PM/consulting or as a project engineer.
• PE license preferred.
• Electrical design: 1-line/3-line diagrams, NEC sizing, MV.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency.
• Travel up to 25% and US work authorization without sponsorship.
