📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for Singapore Analysts; live sessions and cohorts
• Provide real-time coaching during APAC hours
• Manage ramp progression; flag performance with interventions
• Design and iterate onboarding curricula for APAC Analysts
• Partner with APAC leadership to align learning priorities
• Drive at least one strategic enablement initiative per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in L&D, sales enablement, or related field
• Successful onboarding or enablement program design and delivery
• Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment without authority
• Confident in instructor-led training, workshops, and coaching
• Translate business needs into learning solutions
• Manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and onboarding cohorts
