📋 Description

• Lead external financial reporting readiness and controls.
• Prepare board and investor-grade financial reports.
• Manage external audit relations and IFRS statutory reporting.
• Draft technical accounting memos supporting positions.
• Draft quarterly/annual reporting packages for boards/investors.
• Oversee JV/equity-method and energy infrastructure accounting.
• Leverage NOS and AI tools to speed disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years external reporting in public accounting or industry.
• Active CPA license required.
• IFRS/statutory reporting experience required.
• Experience managing external audits.
• Ability to draft technical memos and disclosures.
• Familiarity with Workiva or disclosure tools.
