Lead and develop Facilities Ops Supervisors and Technicians.
Drive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and KPIs.
Implement SOPs, emergency plans, and change management.
Ensure safety compliance and strong safety culture.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent).
7+ years in managing critical facilities systems (data centers).
5+ years in people leadership with technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems.
Proven facilities infra project leadership from planning to execution.
Proficiency with BMS, environmental monitoring, CMMS.
