Manager, Facilities Operations - Solar Cell Factory (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead daily ops of central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, and wastewater.
• Oversee gas/chemical procurement, storage, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Manage HVAC, power, plumbing, and exhaust to maintain cleanroom conditions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance, safety training, and emergency response plans.
• Lead and develop facility technicians and operators in a high-reliability environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and EHS to troubleshoot and support expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM, or 5+ years of facilities/utilities ops experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/operations environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience managing central utility plants, gas/chemical systems, and/or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of central utility plants, gas farms, chemical distribution, and building systems.
• Experience with environmental permitting, auditing, and regulatory compliance in factory settings.
