Drive KPI metrics and ensure accountability across teams.
Oversee maintenance programs to improve uptime and efficiency.
Manage work tickets to ensure timely break/fix responses.
Manage third-party providers to meet SpaceX standards and contract terms.
Partner with construction to plan and execute site improvements.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of facilities operations or critical systems experience.
Knowledge of HVAC, hydronics, compressed air, electrical distribution, and generators.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
CMMS and predictive maintenance experience.
Track record of cost-saving or utility efficiency improvements.
Must be able to work extended hours and weekends; on-call for emergencies; valid driver's license.
