Coordinate the procurement and delivery of cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management
4-5 years of relevant facilities management experience; property management and/or BPO experience
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, budget management, team coordination
Candidates with different academic backgrounds may be considered if they have strong, transferable
