Shape and scale Airwallex’s FCC monitoring and testing framework for ANZ
Validate design and operating effectiveness of AML, Sanctions, and KYC/KYB controls
Establish monitoring metrics to support executive decisioning and ongoing program maintenance
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional leadership
Transition from sample reviews to continuous, data-enabled assurance
Represent FCC monitoring during regulatory examinations and audits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, IS, or related field
CAMS or ICA/GRC credential (or equivalent)
7+ years in FCC QA, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or similar
Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, CDD, and digital KYC/KYB
Experience with risk-based testing, scoping, sampling, and remediation validation
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
