Troubleshoot biochemistry/assay design, experiments, software, and instruments
Support customers and commercial teams in technical applications; provide product training
Maintain professionalism, tact, and technical knowledge in customer interactions
Provide strategic feedback to marketing/product teams; lead beta tests at customer sites
Work independently on high-impact issues with senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors with 10+ years, Masters 8+, or PhD 6+ in NGS library construction.
Hands-on experience with cell culture and tissue handling.
Experience with NGS sequencing instrument and library prep workflows.
Single-cell protocols and cell culture for multiomics workflows.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 70%; independent work and account management.
