Manager, Field Customer Experience

📋 Description

• Shape customer experience and training across a regional retail network in North America.
• Translate strategies into engaging learning initiatives improving sales, service, and clienteling.
• Collaborate with field leadership and store teams; identify opportunities via data, observation
• Serve as trusted regional expert on customer experience standards; embed consistent practices
• Lead coaching and onboarding programs for store teams and provide product knowledge and selling
• Travel up to 75% to engage frontline teams and influence customer experience on the ground.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail, training, customer experience, or related field.
• Proven ability to train, influence, and motivate stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of retail customer experience, selling, service, clienteling, and frontline
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey market issues to field and senior
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships across diverse
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced
