Manager, Field Tools, COE

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between the brand Vertical team and oversee the design, deployment, training
• Drive field force effectiveness through strategic partnership with stakeholders to identify
• Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for field leadership across AbbVie's Vertical
• Understand and align with enterprise strategy and drive field tool improvements in support of this
• Support onboarding of new teams, new hires/transfers, and field tool and process integration efforts
• Lead coordinated efforts with in-house and field leadership teams for list of values, segmentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technical, or health-related field required; Master’s
• 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specific experience with infield activities
• 5+ years of experience in supporting the implementation of new technology related systems and
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confidence in providing subject matter expertise to director level leadership
• Effective prioritization of multiple simultaneously occurring tasks/initiatives
