Manager Finance

📋 Description

• Prepare annual operating budgets, monthly forecasts, and reviews for Venue Ops, F&B & Merchandise.
• Prepare and present month-end reporting with variance analysis to dept heads and GM.
• Distribute Food, Beverage & Merchandise reports; post-event flash and weekly revenue analyses.
• Maintain tracking files for labor, utilities, taxes, licenses, permits and capex.
• Collaborate on month-end close; review P&L, variances, and findings.
• Analyze data warehouse data flows for Food & Merchandise; assist POS integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; MBA a plus.
• 5 years in finance/accounting/strategy; budgeting/financial analysis in entertainment or sports.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Facilities finance knowledge a plus (union/part-time labor, rent, taxes, utilities).
• Excel, Tableau, Oracle GL, Hyperion; familiarity with F&B systems.
• Independent worker with strong cross-team communication.
