📋 Description

• Senior finance leadership role overseeing core financial ops, GL, close, tax, AP, payroll, cash
• Player-coach: manage a small team while hands-on with critical accounting tasks.
• Build and deploy finance tools, dashboards, automations, and data-driven web apps using AI-assisted
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership for strategic decisions and scalable operations.
• Remote work with distributed, diverse teams; US Eastern Time alignment noted.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in general ledger, close, tax compliance, AP, payroll, cash flow, and budgeting.
• Experience growing and developing a small accounting/finance team.
• Proven ability to launch finance tools, dashboards, automations, or internal apps using AI-assisted
• Experience with Claude Code, Copilot Pro, or similar AI-powered coding/automation tools.
• Portfolio or examples of successful finance automation or tooling projects expected.
• Knowledge of US accounting practices and exposure to US-based companies.
