🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in Finance Operations, billing, or quote-to-cash with backlog/escalations.
• Strong operational mindset; bring order to busy workflows, set priorities, keep team focused.
• Proactive and disciplined about prioritization; communicate clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Interested in AI; spot opportunities and guide adoption with AI experts (no coding).
• Cross-functional communication; manage Sales/Account Management relations; Salesforce CRM experience valuable.
