• Partner with practice managers to develop financial strategies

• Prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses

• Support the Director of Finance Business Partnering with daily finance activities
• Collaborate with FP&A and operational leadership throughout budgeting cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years in a senior finance role; prior Finance Manager experience
• Experience in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis
• Excellent people-management skills
• Strong analytical capabilities; turning data into actionable recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
