Manager, Finance System Support

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance System Support team.
• Own day-to-day support for SAP and finance apps, incidents, requests.
• Oversee month-end close readiness, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Manage finance system access, roles governance, reviews, and controls.
• Partner with finance, IT, developers, and external providers to resolve complex issues.
• Establish consistent support practices across core finance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with finance or accounting processes and risks.
• Previous people management experience leading and coaching teams.
• Experience supporting large ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong understanding of support processes, access management, testing, and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
