🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing finance systems projects.
• Functional & Process Expertise: 5+ years in core finance systems.
• Hands-on NetSuite Experience: Config, admin, SuiteScript, integrations.
• Technical Aptitude: Systems integrations and data flows; translate to specs.
• Experience Building & Scaling Systems: Implement or scale finance systems.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution: Vision with tactical changes; balanced.
