Manager Financial Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee and review end-to-end month-end and quarter-end financial close for Commerce Platform
• Direct and review execution and validation of automated journal entries across revenue recognition
• Partner with Revenue Accounting and Treasury to resolve close blockers, inter-company settlements
• Ensure team maintains close checklists, run books, process documentation, and SOX evidence packages
• Oversee daily and monthly multi-partner reconciliation workflows (authorization-to-settlement
• Review, triage, and prioritize reconciliation breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies; ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or quantitative field
• 7+ years in Financial Operations, Revenue Operations, Reconciliation, or Commerce/Payments
• Strong working proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, complex joins across large datasets)
• Familiarity with Python for data automation and scripting
• Experience with data warehouse platforms (such as Snowflake), ETL/orchestration tools (Airflow
• Experience in high-volume commerce, payments, or subscription environments with multi-currency
