Manager, Financial Operations

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Operations Specialists responsible for payroll
• Oversee end-to-end settlement operations across multiple payment networks, including Same-Day ACH
• Ensure all banking and payment processing deadlines are met to support timely payroll disbursements
• Monitor account balances, debit settlements, credit batches, and intraday clearing files to
• Manage ACH returns, credit reversals, payment trace requests, payroll adjustments
• Implement proactive fraud prevention, exposure monitoring, and risk mitigation controls across

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, treasury operations, payment operations, or
• Strong knowledge of domestic payment networks, including NACHA rules, ACH clearing cycles, return
• Previous experience in payroll services, payroll software, professional employer organizations
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operational workflows while consistently
• Solid understanding of ledger accounting, bank statement reconciliation, settlement timing
• Experience working with bank APIs, SFTP-based payment batching, or modern financial ledger systems
