Manager, Financial Operations (Reconciliation)

📋 Description

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations across channels, entities, regions with SLAs.
• Manage reconciliation breaks end-to-end: triage, investigate, root-cause, documentation, follow-up with partners.
• Understand fund flows to identify control gaps and design governance.
• Drive automation, dashboards, and data quality checks for reconciliation.
• Translate operational needs into PRDs and partner with Product/Engineering to deliver enhancements.
• Lead and develop the reconciliation team; manage BAU and project resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Financial Operations/reconciliation or payments ops.
• Proven track record leading cash/settlement reconciliations at scale with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows and ledger mappings.
• Experience automating processes; data pipelines; write clear requirements and influence priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills; able to deep-dive into large datasets to identify root causes.
• Strong stakeholder management; leadership experience; Excel/Sheets and SQL/BI familiarity.
