Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Finance partner for Sales & Marketing; guide decisions.
• Lead budgets, long-range plans, and monthly forecasts for Sales/Marketing.
• Partner with Revenue Ops to design and manage annual sales quotas.
• Collaborate with FP&A to maintain consolidated company financial model.
• Build scalable processes to improve forecast visibility and predictability.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses for new products, marketing spend, growth initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for senior Finance leadership.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A with business partnering; SaaS or public companies.
• Strong FP&A lifecycle experience: budgeting, variance, forecasting; headcount.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced modeling skills; proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous environments; execution-focused.
• Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing on performance management and quotas is a plus.
• Anaplan experience for modeling and scenario planning is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related.
