📋 Description

• Serve as Finance business partner for departments; guide strategic decisions.
• Lead annual budgets, long-range plans, and monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with FP&A to maintain the consolidated financial model.
• Develop scalable processes to improve forecast visibility.
• Drive special projects and ad-hoc analyses for growth initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for senior Finance leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A in a business-partnering role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Expertise using Anaplan for financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Advanced modeling skills with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
