Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly business performance.
• Collaborate with Inventory planning, buying, and selling teams to drive ROI.
• Build and maintain scenario-based financial models informing key decisions.
• Present and interpret financial data to senior leadership and support earnings/board materials.
• Own Inventory FP&A budgeting, annual planning, and variance analysis.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 4+ years of finance and strategic analysis experience in IB, PE, equity research or FP&A.
• Highly skilled in financial analysis, Excel, and model building.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
