Manager, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Work with finance and legal to manage and prepare the company’s financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to prepare disclosures.
• Prepare and maintain external reporting support such as EPS, stock-based comp, and financials.
• Interact with external and internal auditors to provide timely support.
• Manage equity for the company within E*Trade.
• Assist in managing month-end close processes and close schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required.
• 5+ years of SEC financial reporting experience, preferably with SaaS companies.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting policy, and SEC reporting and filing (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks).
• Experience with SEC filings and complying with SEC and US GAAP disclosure requirements.
• Experience drafting MD&A and footnote disclosures.
• Experience managing external reporting processes.
