Manager, Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations

📋 Description

• Prepare all reporting materials monthly, including those for internal management, lenders
• Act as the on-hand technical accounting expert, guiding the team in the application of new
• Lead the annual financial reporting and audit process, including the preparation of the annual
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance
• Own the monthly consolidation process, including performing intercompany reconciliations and
• Manage several key accounting processes, including:

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with at least part of that time spent in Big 4, at a public company in an
• CPA license
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
• Proven ability to lead the audit process and compile annual financials
• Ability to research and provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and
• Willingness to research, test, deploy, and manage modern technology solutions to drive efficiency
