Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Owns finance systems and ERP; selects, configures, and integrates tools.
• Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Eng, and IT to automate financial workflows.
• Builds scalable, automated financial infrastructure for fleet-scale growth.
• Bridges finance processes and systems for reliable operations.
• Drives accuracy, speed, and impact of financial data decisions.
• Supports training and enablement across the finance org.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering financial systems (NetSuite/Oracle/Workday).
• ERP implementation experience across cloud and on-prem tools.
• Systems integration & automation across AP, expenses, procurement.
• Data integrity, access controls, and SOX-readiness.
• Experience leading end-to-end system rollouts.
• Experience preparing systems for SOX/IPO readiness.
