Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery across financial systems: requirements, design, configuration
• Conduct business process mapping and gather requirements with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement
• Partner with core business groups to design and implement systematic improvements.
• Define technical roadmap for financial systems and automation, advocate for AI use cases.
• Design, build, deploy AI-enabled workflows in finance: reconciliation, variance commentary, AP
• Own NetSuite OneWorld administration across multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology leadership.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches.
• Experience implementing NetSuite integrations with Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive, Snowflake
• Knowledge of SOX controls, change management, segregation of duties, ITGC.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling in finance or accounting context.
