📋 Description

• Manage the Fleet Support Operations team and cross-functional relationships.
• Mentor reports; drive coaching, development, and performance management.
• Forecast team growth; lead recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Define, track, and drive continuous improvement to boost fleet uptime.
• Set objectives and KPIs; reinforce and celebrate team success.
• Optimize workstreams to reduce downtime in maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee the team budget for crew and vehicle supplies.
• Enforce EH&S policies; keep the workshop safe and organized.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in transportation operations; 5+ years leading teams of 10+.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Awareness of environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Clear, effective communication; comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships to scale.
