Manager, Fluid Systems Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a fluid systems engineering team for spacecraft hardware.
• Provide technical direction for design, integration, and qualification.
• Own hardware programs from concept through production and launch.
• Drive architecture decisions using first principles and engineering judgment.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, manufacturing, integration, test, quality, supply chain.
• Lead design reviews to meet performance, reliability, safety requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years in mechanical, fluid, thermal, propulsion, or related systems.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management.
• Led hardware development from concept through test, qualification, and production.
• Strong understanding of fluid systems and mechanical design.
• Experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environments.
