Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering - Public Sector

📋 Description

• Oversee regional performance targets including billable utilization, team growth, and hiring.
• Partner with AEs, Engagement Managers, and Field Eng leaders to scope PS programs.
• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards.
• Translate field insights to Eng and Product to influence the roadmap and create accelerators.
• Escalate high-stakes customer situations with technical credibility.
• Mentor FDEs through career paths and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading high-performing technical delivery teams.
• 5+ years hands-on as a solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
• Led large-scale data migrations and AI/ML programs in enterprises.
• Strong delivery management including SOWs and delivery metrics.
• Stakeholder management with C-suite influence.
• Familiar with Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake.
• Ability to travel ~20% to client sites.
