Manager, Foundation Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements for global Foundation partners per local GAAP.
• Ensure adherence to financial reporting deadlines across foundation entities.
• Manage general ledger activities, review entries, and refine internal controls.
• Lead budget vs actual analysis and donation trend reporting for multiple entities.
• Expand reporting to provide timely insights for Foundation trustee meetings.
• Coordinate with external auditors on annual audits and compliance timing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading accounting teams and retaining top performers.
• Active CPA designation with a degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 10+ years post-designation experience, including with external auditors.
• Strong ASNPO and US GAAP knowledge (international nonprofit reporting is an asset).
• Proven track record in financial management reporting, process efficiency, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and advanced Excel skills (Google Workspace preferred).
