Manager, FP&A (Revenue)

📋 Description

• Own revenue, bookings, billings, ARR, and renewals forecasts.
• Analyze forecast variances; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and model accuracy.
• Partner with sales, CS, GTM insights, and exec teams on insights.
• Drive automation and adoption of FP&A systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A, revenue finance, strategic finance, or related field.
• Strong SaaS revenue models and metrics understanding.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
• Experience enabling exec decision-making via data-driven analysis.
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills.
