📋 Description

  • Oversee internal and external fraud and complaint investigations
  • Train, monitor, and manage staff conducting investigations
  • Develop reports on fraud volume, trends, and outcomes
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management
  • Update and maintain Fraud & Complaints procedures
  • Identify AI tools to automate tasks and boost productivity

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of fraud investigation experience; complex investigations
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of lending, servicing, and debt collection regulations (FCRA, FDCPA, SCRA, Reg Z, UDAAP, BSA/AML, TILA, OFAC)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus LexisNexis, Snowflake, SQL, DataTree, Emailage
  • Proficient in data analysis tools/techniques and online investigative research
