📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and individual contributors across multiple specialized fraud
• Establish performance expectations and drive results across productivity, quality, customer
• Build a high-performing, engaged, psychologically safe team culture that supports accountability
• Partner with recruiting and other stakeholders to attract, onboard, develop, and retain
• Define and execute an operational strategy and roadmap focused on improving team effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to simplify investigator workflows and implement transformational process

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of direct experience in disputes, fraud risk prevention, and fraud detection within
• 5+ years of experience in fraud management or related people-management roles, including
• Proven track record of establishing strategy and delivering large-scale operational transformation
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, prioritization, and operational decision-making skills
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-influence skills, with the ability to align
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through significant change while remaining effective in
