🎯 Requirements

6+ years in disputes, fraud risk prevention/detection within FinTech/tech.
5+ years in fraud management or people management roles, leading managers or senior ICs.
Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.
Executive communication and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading teams through major change; comfortable with ambiguity.
Experience with AI project-driven initiatives and data-driven methodologies to drive efficiency.
