• Lead and develop multiple fraud ops teams and pods

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years disputes/fraud risk in FinTech/tech
• 5+ years fraud management or people management
• Track record delivering large-scale operational change
• Strong strategic planning and risk management
• Executive communication and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with AI initiatives and data-driven approaches
