📋 Description

• Lead complex innovation and renovation projects through onboarding and qualification of new
• Develop and implement new processes to improve Domino’s Technical Services QA policies and
• Review, create, and modify specifications, including product attributes and analytical measures
• Lead end-to-end commercialization activities for new ingredients, suppliers, and product
• Serve as technical authority accountable for scale-up, supplier qualification and approval
• Articulate and communicate impact of changes to leadership to help ensure brand image and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience and expertise in food science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or Product Development
• Relevant food safety certification or equivalent such as Serve Safe, HACCP, IFT, certificate in
• Strong knowledge of test plan development, data collection, statistical analysis, and data
• Ability to communicate data summary to leaders with recommendations based on professional
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
