Manager, Fund Administration (Onboarding)

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new fund administration clients, coordinating with
• Manage implementation plans, project milestones, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the onboarding process, providing clear
• Serve as a technical accounting resource for clients and internal team members, particularly in
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, establish best practices
• Oversee the collection and review of fund offering documents, including limited partnership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 7 years of fund accounting experience within private equity, venture capital, and/or real
• At least 3 years of people management experience, including hiring, team development, performance
• Proven experience managing client onboarding, data migration, or implementation projects within
• Strong knowledge of fund-level accounting and reporting, including complex fund structures
• Advanced understanding of complex accounting transactions, private equity investment structures
