Manager - General Accounting / Project

📋 Description

• Supervise month-end and year-end close, including journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and analyses for senior mgmt.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support accruals and variances.
• Oversee technical accounting (revenue recognition, inventory costing).
• Lead and mentor accounting team to drive performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP.
• ERP systems proficiency; NetSuite or similar.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
