Manager, Global Events (AMER)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Americas ElasticON tour.
• Manage content updates for ElasticON web pages.
• Translate global strategy into regional delivery plans with objectives.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Oversee event delivery: venues, production, AV, catering, registration, staffing.
• Partner with regional teams to deliver a seamless attendee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience managing large-scale B2B conferences or events.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream events from concept through onsite execution and post-event reporting.
• Experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, cloud, AI, data or cybersecurity industries.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of event tech platforms: Cvent, Salesforce, Tableau and Google Workspace.
• Ability to translate event engagement into business outcomes with pipeline and engagement metrics.
