Manager, Global Medical Information

📋 Description

• Provide accurate, timely, and unbiased medical information for assigned therapeutic areas
• Develop, approve, and maintain global and region-specific medical/technical content response
• Summarize literature and clinical guidelines, and assist in the development/approval of Data on File
• Represent AbbVie MI at global and key scientific conferences
• Evaluate data and maintain in-depth understanding of product knowledge, disease states, treatment
• Serve as an active member on cross-functional teams, representing the Medical Information function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, PA, Pharmacy, PhD in Health Sciences, or MD/DO program
• Advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 4+ years of experience in health care
• Substantial understanding of relevant therapeutic area(s) required
• Basic understanding of how medical information content and communications supports AbbVie business
• Drug Information residency preferred
