🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years leading global social marketing in live-service games.
• Expert in integrated social marketing across channels and touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Steam.
• Proficient with social marketing and reporting tools and metrics.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; build stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership: team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Decisive leader, able to manage risk and have hard conversations.
• Flexible and able to pivot directions; strong content sensibility.
