🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
• 10+ years in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within manufacturing
• 1-2 years managing a small team of Supply Chain FTEs.
• Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction programs strongly desired
• Strong supplier negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
