🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
5+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
Significant SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting experience.
Executive recruiting experience.
Experience implementing structured hiring assessments and governance frameworks.
Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams.
