• Define and execute Cloudbeds’ global Talent Acquisition strategy
• Partner with exec leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Lead a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team
• Drive recruiting analytics, workforce planning, and governance
• Shape talent market positioning and executive recruiting programs
• Align with leaders across functions to improve quality of hire
• Influence hiring decisions with data and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years recruiting leadership experience
• SaaS or high-growth tech recruiting experience
• Strong recruiting expertise across GTM, Customer Success, Technology, and Revenue
• Executive recruiting experience
• Experience implementing structured hiring assessments and governance
• Workforce planning and talent intelligence expertise
• Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams
