• Experience in Audit at a Big4 firm or comparable environment.
• Strong foundation in HGB and/or IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial statements and year-end topics.
• Strong affinity for systems, data, and technology; quick to learn new tools.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to own beyond concepts.
• High integrity, ambition, and long-term development orientation.
• Business fluency in German and English.
