Manager, Group Reporting

📋 Description

• Build and own the consolidated financial reporting engine from the ground up.
• Lead month-end and year-end close cycles that keep pace with rapid growth.
• Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Collaborate across engineering, HR, operations, and marketing teams.
• Manage the audit relationship as the exec team's partner.
• Build and develop the growing Group Reporting team.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in financial
• Strong technical skills with advanced Excel, PowerPoint for reporting, and ability to transition to
• Clear understanding of complex accounting areas, particularly IFRS 16 lease accounting and revenue
• Strong collaborator who can translate between business and accounting.
• Excellent stakeholder management - building relationships with business leaders, external auditors
• Commercial acumen to understand lease negotiations, revenue terms, and deal structures.
