📋 Description

• Increase ticket sales and revenue via telemarketing, email, and social outreach.
• Build new sales opportunities using enthusiastic outreach on self-generated leads and campaigns.
• Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics and weekly sales activity.
• Prospect new group sales opportunities and design themed nights with teammates.
• Enter prospect and customer data into Salesforce CRM for reporting and pipeline management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions; maintain positivity and timely follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience including telemarketing and pipeline management experience.
• Ability to make 40+ outbound calls daily.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
